My name is Greg Bell. I live on Sydney’s northern beaches. My working background has primarily been in senior relationship management roles in the finance and investment sectors. I now apply these client relationship skills in the area of my lifelong personal interest – health and fitness.
My personal fitness objectives have been driven by two main factors. Firstly, my dad dying from a heart attack when I was nine years old made me determined that my children were not to face that situation. Secondly, now being in the over-55’s age bracket, I see firsthand the relatively poor state of health and mobility, for those that have not maintained an active lifestyle and regular exercise, of my parent level generation (those now in their late 70’s, 80’s and beyond).
I am a strong believer that if people in their middle age years maintain an ongoing active exercise program that includes functional aerobic, strength/resistance and flexibility training they can be in much better physical and mental shape in their 80’s (and beyond) than most in the current generation of that age group and, more importantly, lead a longer and better life than otherwise.
I work with clients to achieve their health and fitness objectives by facilitating appropriate and targeted exercise programs. If you have been referred by a health professional (for example your dietitian, general practitioner, physiotherapist, specialist, psychologist, nutritionist, etc) I will work collaboratively with them to assist in managing and improving your specific health issue, and in achieving your health and fitness goals.
Forever Fit Private Fitness Training offers one-on-one personal fitness training and also small group (maximum 6 people) outdoor training. Costs/fees are outlined in the Fees section of this website.
I will come to you, at a time and location that suits you – to your home, work, local park, local beach or other preferred venue. I will bring fitness equipment relevant to your personal exercise program. Area of operation covers Sydney’s northern beaches, and the lower and upper north shore.
Forever Fit Private Fitness Training is particularly suited to those who:
- prefer a mature age fitness trainer. A trainer that would be more in tune with health and lifestyle considerations/issues that influence or affect those in their middle age years.
- may feel somewhat intimidated to exercise in a gym environment.
