I am based in Mona Vale, but I will come to you, at a time and location that suits you – to your home, work, local park, local beach or other preferred venue. I will bring fitness equipment relevant to your personal exercise program. Area of operation covers Sydney’s northern beaches, and the lower and upper north shore.
