- lose fat/weight; improve aerobic/cardiovascular fitness; increase strength; improve flexibility and mobility; improve/correct postural abnormalities or imbalances; improve body shape; improve metabolism; nutritional guidance; increase energy levels; cope better with day-to-day activities; enhance quality of life.
Small Group Outdoor Training

- 2 persons minimum
- 6 persons maximum
- While not specifically tailored to individual goals & objectives, the session will be appropriate to the level of fitness and capabilities of the participants and work towards any consensus objectives.
