One hour private training session

$ 85 per hour
  • Personalised exercise program to achieve health & fitness goals and objectives, which may include (but not limited to) one or more of the following:
  • lose fat/weight; improve aerobic/cardiovascular fitness; increase strength; improve flexibility and mobility; improve/correct postural abnormalities or imbalances; improve body shape; improve metabolism; nutritional guidance; increase energy levels; cope better with day-to-day activities; enhance quality of life.

Small Group Outdoor Training

$ 25 per person
  • One hour group training session
  • 2 persons minimum
  • 6 persons maximum
  • While not specifically tailored to individual goals & objectives, the session will be appropriate to the level of fitness and capabilities of the participants and work towards any consensus objectives.
